Chinese and Asian Noodles in Milford, MA
Noodles are comfort food in almost every Asian cuisine, and the noodle menu at Lin's Garden is one of our biggest sections: 33 dishes covering lo mein, pan-fried noodles, chow foon, rice noodles, pad Thai and sautéed udon. Prices run from $10.25 to $13.50. Every noodle dish can be picked up at 206 E Main St, Milford, MA 01757 or delivered in our local delivery area.
Lo Mein
Lo Mein is the classic take-out noodle: soft egg noodles tossed in the wok with vegetables and a savory soy-based sauce. Choose chicken, beef, pork, shrimp or vegetable ($10.25), or the loaded House Special Lo Mein ($11.50) with a mix of proteins.
Pan Fried Noodles
Pan Fried Noodles ($11.75) are cooked until the noodles are crisp and golden, then topped with your choice of chicken, beef, pork, shrimp or vegetables in a savory sauce. The sauce slowly softens the noodles so you get crunchy and tender bites together. Shanghai Pan Fried Noodles ($12.50) are a heartier, Shanghai-style version.
Chow Foon (Wide Rice Noodles)
Chow Foon ($11.25) uses wide, flat rice noodles that are stir-fried until slightly smoky – a Cantonese favorite. Choose chicken, beef, pork, shrimp or vegetables, or try the Seafood Chow Foon ($12.95).
Rice Noodles and Singapore Style
Thin rice noodles ($10.95) are lighter than egg noodles and come with chicken, beef, pork or shrimp. The Rice Noodle Singapore Style ($11.95) is marked spicy and gets its golden color and warm flavor from curry.
Pad Thai
We also serve the Thai street-food classic. Chicken Pad Thai and Tofu Pad Thai are $11.75, Shrimp Pad Thai is $13.25, and the Oriental Crispy Pad Thai ($13.50) is a spicy version with extra crunch.
Sautéed Udon
Thick, chewy Japanese-style udon noodles are stir-fried with your choice of chicken, beef, pork, shrimp or vegetables ($11.25). They are filling and very satisfying on a cold night.
Noodles with Peking Style Meat Sauce
This spicy dish ($10.25) is inspired by northern Chinese zha jiang mian: noodles topped with a rich, savory meat sauce.
