3. Placing an Order
An order is accepted when our staff confirm it by phone. We may decline an order, for example if the address is outside our delivery area, the order is below the delivery minimum, the kitchen is closing, or there is a pricing error. If that happens we will tell you when you call.
4. Delivery and Pick-Up
Delivery is available within our delivery area during opening hours, subject to a minimum order and delivery fee as described on our delivery information page. Delivery times given by phone are estimates and may be longer at busy times or in bad weather. Please make sure your address and phone number are correct and that someone is available to receive the order.
5. Changes, Cancellations and Problems
Because food is cooked to order, please call as early as possible if you need to change or cancel. Orders may not be cancellable once cooking has started. If something is missing or wrong with your order, call us promptly and we will work with you to put it right. Your rights under applicable consumer protection law are not affected.

Our kitchen handles common allergens including peanuts, tree nuts, shellfish, fish, egg, milk, wheat, soy and sesame. We will do our best to accommodate special requests, but we cannot guarantee that any dish is free from allergens or cross-contact. Please tell us about any allergy every time you order. Items shown as spicy may be hot; spice tolerance varies from person to person.
